Refund & Cancellation Policy
*Terms and conditions stated here apply to every user,
OnTheFly subscribers purchasing plans directly from OnTheFly can cancel and receive a full refund of their annual subscription purchases within 30 days from the day of purchase and within 3 days after purchasing a monthly plan.
1. OnTheFly refund policies are not applicable to:
- Users who abuse of the refund policy (e.g., frequent subscriptions and refund requests)
- Users who seek subscription renewal or migration to other plans
- Other fee payments exclusive of annual or monthly subscription fees will not be refunded by OnTheFly (payment portal charges)
- Late submission of refund requests will not be included in the refund, i.e., if it exceeds 3 days from the day of purchase for monthly subscription and 1 month time period for annual subscription.
- Breach of the Agreement or Copyright Policy resulting in terminated accounts cannot claim refund
- Users who joined using a promotion disclaiming our refund policy
- Users who have initiated a chargeback claim
